June Favourites!

Hi guys!! Today I have my June favourites to share with you! Lets jump right in to it!

KEVIN.MURPHY Balancing Wash (RRP $34.95, available online at adorebeauty) - This daily shampoo is perfect for me. I exercise at least 5 days a week and worry about my hair being constantly washed but I have found a shampoo gentle enough for daily use. This does a really great job at gently but effectively cleaning your hair, and it's boyfriend approved!

Charles Worthington Mineral Hair Rescue Masque (RRP $15.99, available exclusively from Priceline) - I LOVE this hair masque and am so sad that I'm all out of it. It is an amazing treatment for your hair where you actually notice a difference after the first use, and it is the first hair product I've ever used (shampoo's and conditioners included) that actually leaves a scent on my hair! This is a very good thing as I used to get jealous of other girls with beautiful smelling hair (kinda sounds creepy I guess) but now I'm one of them! I'm off to buy a back up!!

Molton Brown - Ylang Ylang Single Wick Candle (RRP $85.00, available from David Jones) - This candle smells absolutely amazing burning or just sitting in your room. I'm in love with Molton Brown candles - they are definitely worth the splurge!

L'Oreal - Miss Manga Mega Volume Mascara in the shade Black (RRP $21.95, available from Priceline) - This mascara made waves throughout the blogging/youtuber world and I can see why. It has a super flexible brush with a tapered end that coats your lashes really well and makes it easy to get right into the inner corner and on the lower lashes too. I really loved the way it made my eyes look!

Lanolips 101 Ointment in Apple (RRP $13.95, available exclusively from Mecca Maxima) - I actually hadn't used my original lanolips 101 ointment in so long so was so happy to rekindle my love again but this time in an amazing apple flavour! It contains added Vitamin E and is perfect for chapped lips and dry cuticles (my 2 most used areas).

Thanks for reading! See you next time.

Current Favourites.. + Benefit Cosmetics & Yankee Candle GIVEAWAY!!

Today I want to share with you a few of the things I've been using lately that I absolutely love.. plus a little giveaway for you!

Lanolips - Lemonaid Lip Aid* (RRP $15.99, available from Priceline, Myer and selected pharmacies)  - This stuff has been a savior for my dry lips, below my nose and chin. I absolutely adore smothering my mouth/chin region with lip balm (I look a bit funny when I do it, so I do it mostly at night...mostly!) and it has such a nice lemon smell and is seriously hydrating. It contains organic lemon oil to naturally exfoliate, leaving lips fresh, soft & moist. I swear by Lanolips and if you haven't tried any of their products then hop to it.. I guarantee you'll love it!

Yankee Candle - Sheer Gardenia "To Someone Special"* (RRP $19.99 and can be found in Hallmark stores nationally) - This candle smells sooo divine, like a fresh bouquet of gardenia flowers. This candle makes the whole room smell SO good. This 104g jar lasts for 25-30 hours, but knowing me I will burn it much quicker!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula - Hydrating Gel Lotion (RRP $6.95 from selected pharmacies) - This stuff I bought when I was in desperate need of an anti-peel and soothing sunburn lotion. I got a really good tan and burnt slightly and really didn't want it to peel... luckily I did not peel one bit and I have to give kudos to this baby! It is a hydrating gel with aloe vera and cucumber extract that absorbs so quickly and does not leave you feeling sticky. I love that it's a gel because even if you keep it in your handbag it still cools you down and is ultra hydrating. I will definitely be purchasing numerous bottles this summer to keep me looking hydrated and brown!

One lucky winner will receive a limited edition Benefit Feelin' Dandy Kit and a White Chocolate & Mint flavoured "Thank You" Yankee Candle*! All you have to do is fill out the entry form below! *Open Internationally*

Lanolips - Triple Buttermilk Body Balm

Enter my international giveaway to win 1 of 4 nail polish bundle packs!

Hello everyone! Today I have another Lanolips product to show you. The Triple Buttermilk Body Balm* is a very rich and nurturing body balm for very dry skin, with a rich nourishing finish. It contains a triple concentration of lanolips signature ultra pure grade lanolin, milk extracts and vitamin E. It leaves a silky protective veil on the skin for ongoing and lasting skin hydration. It is animal cruelty free and contains NO parabens, mineral oils or petrolatum! It has a very strong talcum powder smell which is bad if you don't like that smell but I don't mind it plus the smell diminishes as the balm is absorbed into your skin. It absorbs really quickly by the way which I love about Lanolips. The fact they've managed to combine thick, super hydration balms with fast absorption is great. I hate nothing more than clothes sticking to my skin after moisturiser has been applied but no problems with his product! This product retails for $23.95 for 170ml (available at Myer, David Jones and selected pharmacies).

Straight after product was rubbed into the skin. No oiliness or shininess and looks as if nothing has been applied but skin feels so smooth!

Please let me know if any of you have tried Lanolips as I find it simply divine and is definitely becoming one of my all time favourite brands! Thanks for reading and see you again soon!

Artsy Wednesday - Inspired By A Brand

Enter my international giveaway to win 1 of 4 nail polish bundle packs!

Hello! It's time for another AW and this week's theme is inspired by a brand so I chose Lanolips because I love the entire range of products and don't think I could live without them! Here's the look!

I painted all my nails with OPI - Alpine Snow* and on the middle finger I used a dotting tool to paint the sheep's wool. I used ELES - Peach Melba* for the sheep's face then used Orly - Black Vinyl* for the eyes, nose and legs and OPI - Alpine Snow* for the eyes as well. I then used ELES - Casanova Red* for the lips and the rose behind its ear :) I think it's super cute! Make sure you all check out these other ladies partaking in this weeks AW.

Lanolips - Rose Balm Intense For Dry Hands & Nails

Hi guys today I have a Lanolips product to show you! If you haven't tried or heard of Lanolips here's a run down about the story behind the products.

The lanolin used in Lanolips™ is Ultra Pure Medical Grade Lanolin. To achieve this the lanolin goes through a stringent refining and cleaning process; cleansing the raw lanolin of all external impurities, scent and colour, making it the purest, most natural form of lanolin available.
Numerous beauty products use lanolin. However none of these products can say the following: they are 100% natural, they are 100% pure or they contain nothing other than 100% Ultra Pure Medical Grade Lanolin. Lanolips™ can.
The benefits of the Ultra Medical Grade lanolin:
• There are no chemicals
• No additives
• It’s hypoallergenic
• It’s colour free
• Odour free
• It’s so safe it can be used on the mouths of new-born babies
• It is used in hospitals after surgeries to help open wounds heal
• It is 100% pure, cream of the crop, concentrated and refined lanolin

Also, it is extracted from the fleece of an unharmed sheep sharn so no sheep are hurt in the process, which is a huge sigh of relief!

I've never actually shared my profound love for Lanolips and today I will. I have been using Lanolips 101 Ointment for many years now and it is the only ointment that truly keeps my dry lips, cuticles or elbows moisturised, for over 8 hours at a time. But today I am sharing with you the Lanolips Rose Balm Intense* (RRP $15.95 for 50ml) which has lanolin, shea butter, cocoa seed butter, wheat germ oil, rose oil and natural antioxidants in it. It is a very thick balm and feels like it would not be absorbed very quickly by the skin but infact this is the fastest absorbing, thickest and nourishing hand cream/balm i've ever used and how appropriate that I'm using it, just in time for the cold, dry winter months ahead! This is definitely a new MUST-BUY on my list and I don't think I can see myself without it ever again. I have used it every night before bed for the past week and it has made my hands and cuticles super soft. If you have very dry skin then this is for you!

30 seconds after rubbing it in.
Will this balm be a part of your new winter nail care regime? It is definitely in mine! Let me know your holy grail hand cream for dry, cold winter months!
Thanks for reading.
