Hey everyone! Today I have a cute dotticure I did on my nails the other week. I used 3 coats of Orly - Melt Your Popsicle and then dotted Kester Black - Forget Me Not over the top! I finished it off with a coat of G&G. Loved this combo! What do you reckon of this?

Current Skincare & Haircare Favourites
Hey guys! Today I want to show you some new skincare and haircare products I have been using over the past few months and that have now become quite regular in my routine.
I have never used the brand People for Plants until about a month ago and I am so in love with their range now! Their Cleanser & Makeup Remover (RRP $24.95) is such a nice, creamy and hydrating cleanser that removes make up very easily. It has white tea, aloe and witch hazel properties to help give a gentle but thorough clean. Plus it smells like lavender! Another product I just started using is their Body Scrub (RRP $19.95) which is a scrub full of papaya, quillaja and apricot properties that gives your skin a vitamin boost and helps to gently remove and slough off dead skin cells all over the body. The scent is citrus-y. Lastly from this brand is the Organic Lip Balm (RRP $9.95) in the flavour vanilla and cocoa butter. Holy moly. . .this lip balm is seriously the best I've ever used. I love super hydrating and moisturising lip balms that I feel working instantly. Besides Carmex (or Blistex with menthol) I haven't found a non menthol lip balm that works like they do, until now. This lip balm is so so good. I use it all the time and it gives my lips a really healthy glow as well as restoring and smoothing out any dry, chapped skin. It is quite oily (sunflower seed oil being the highest ingredient on the list) but it works so well and my boyfriend said it smells like cake batter. . . winning! People for Plants are available online here.
I've heard of so many great things about Jojoba oil and finally got my hands on some of the Jojoba Company products. I've been using the Jojoba Bead & Bamboo Facial Exfoliant (RRP $39.95) for weeks now and love the way it makes my skin feel after using it. It has helped my blemishes diminish and even out my skin tone. It doubles as a face mask as well but I usually just clean my face with it at the end of the day. It smells like butter with bamboo essence. The 100% Natural Australian Jojoba Oil (RRP $29.95) is very different to what i'm used to. I'm no stranger to face oils (using rosehip oil for so many years now) but the texture and feel of this oil surprised me. It is really loose and oily. It has a similar consistency to water rather than rosehip oil which has a thicker consistency. I have been using jojoba oil over my rosehip oil, by applying 5 drops of rosehop oil and waiting for it to absorb and then applying 1 pump of jojoba oil after. It has helped my skin stay moist, look dewy, and heal my blemishes more quickly. The only thing I don't like about this product is the smell. It's nothing too strong to deter me from using it though. This product can also be used on your body, hair and nails too! Multi tasking products are such great value! The Jojoba Company stockists can be found online here for your nearest supplier.
The latest collection by Schwarzkopf is the Essence Ultime range which was developed with the help of supermodel Claudia Schiffer. I got to try out the new Omega Repair Intensive Hair Mask (RRP $14.99) which helps rebuild and control split ends, infused with omega oil. I didn't notice any significant changes using this mask but hair was very soft and smelt amazing after each use. This can be found a Priceline and other selected pharmacies nationally.
Have you tried any of these products? I'd love to know what your favourite products currently are!

Fudge - Make-A-Mends Shampoo & Conditioner
The newest collection by Fudge has a shampoo and conditioner tailored to your needs. I chose the Make-A-Mends shampoo and conditioner; enriched with Marula, Argan and Grape seed oils to help give your hair optimal balance of moisture in the hair, flexibility and eliminating frizz. The ultra rich and creamy formula gives your hair immediate hydration as well as super shiny locks. It is also Paraben and Sulphate free but surprisingly gives great foam performance! My hair has never felt better since using these two products and the smell is lovely and subtle, smelling like candy! These babies are now my favourite shampoo and conditioner to use (and that's saying a lot for me as I go through so many of them!). Fudge is available from Priceline, Warehouse Hairhouse, Price Attack and Just Cuts and retail for $19.95 (300ml) or $39.95 (1 litre). What's your favourite hair products at the moment?

Casino Inspired Nail Art
Hey everyone! Today I have another quick post for you. I was doing nail art one night and didn't really know what I was going for when I did these but once I had finished it really reminded me of something from the casino or playing cards! I used striping tape on clear nails and painted the triangles with OPI - Black Onyx and ELES - Casanova Red. I finished it off with 1 coat of G&G. Do you like this manicure?

New Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks
Hi everyone! Today I have 4 shades from the new Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick collection (RRP $13.95, available from Priceline, Target, Kmart, BIG W, selected pharmacies and selected Coles and Woolworths.) I am in love with these lipsticks. They are a new and improved ester-based formula with pure colour pigments to deliver bright, fresh, intense colour. All of the colours are super creamy with a soft texture that moisturises the lips. They are also enriched with vitamins A, C, E to help and care for lips. On a side note, these are not long lasting. They transfer like crazy which is a shame as you need to re apply a few times throughout the day/night. Today I will be showing the shades Sloane's Plum, Diva Red, Amethyst Shimmer and As You Want Victoria.
Sloane's Plum - A stunning mid range wine plum creme.
Diva Red - A gorgeous bright red Marilyn creme.
Amethyst Shimmer - A pink berry creme with silver micro shimmers in it.
As You Want Victoria - My favourite colours from the 4, a stunning rose pink creme.
Which shade do you like best? These are such amazing lipsticks!

Scout Cosmetics
Hey guys! Today I have a few products from Scout Cosmetics to show you! Last time I posted about this brand I only showed nail polish but today I have a mixture of nail polish and make up! All scout cosmetics can be purchased online here. I'll be reviewing 2 nail polishes, 3 lipsticks, the Mineral Mascara and the Mineral Corrector Concealer. Here's a look at the products!
I couldn't wait to use the polishes (RRP $19.95) that were sent so I decided to do some nail art with them. I used 2 coats of Scout - November Rain (a gorgeous metallic silver creme) followed by some taped triangles using 1 coat of You Oughta Know (a stunning deep cobalt blue that seems to glow in the bottle). This mani lasted me 1 whole week and I was seriously impressed with how gorgeous and vibrant it looked in real life! I finished the look off with 1 coat of G&G.
Mineral Mascara in the shade 01 (RRP$ 35.95) - This mascara has a great brush and really good formula. It isn't a mascara that gives you full on volume and length, but a subtle, natural look which I love. It is also a non irritating formula which makes it perfect for people who wear contact lens.
Before Mascara
After Mascara
Mineral Corrector in the shade Skin (RRP $24.95) - This concealer is in a great pencil shape which makes it very easy to apply to spot cover blemishes or cover under the eye. It is very creamy and long wearing but I did find this shade was too light to cover blemishes but it worked well to hide dark circles under my eyes.
Mineral Lipstick in the shade; Delight (a coral/pink frost), Excite (a eggplant frost) and Destiny (a medium red creme) (RRP $35.95) - These lipsticks were the least impressive for me. The formula was a bit drying and wasn't very saturated in colour which made my lips look a bit blotchy. Destiny was the only one I found to not be drying and give great opacity.
Delight
Excite
Destiny
Overall i'm quite impressed with Scout Cosmetics but absolutely love their nail polishes more than their makeup. Have you tried any Scout Cosmetics? I'd love to know!

L'Occitane Hand Cream & Cuticle Oil
Hey everyone! Today I have 2 products from L'Occitane to show you. The Hand cream (RRP $42 for 150ml) and the Nail & Cuticle Nourishing Oil Pen (RRP $20 for 7.5ml) is part of their best sellers and I can see why! Both products are part of their Shea butter range and contain Shea butter to help nourish, moisturize and protect your hands and nails. It says Shea butter is the ideal beauty balm for dry or damaged skin, but also works well on normal skin too. The hand cream is in a gorgeous tube that has a soft scent of talcum powder. The cream absorbs relatively quickly but is a perfect treat for your hands, especially before bed. I keep mine on my bedside table and now apply it religiously! The cuticle oil pen is in a really handy, small tube which makes it ideal for storing in your handbag and applying it on the go or when you need a bit of extra nourishment. It is a great cuticle oil that absorbs quickly and helps to soften the cuticles and strengthen nails. Both of these products have been helping my hands and nails look so nice lately and I cannot wait to continue using them! Have you tried these L'Occitane products yet? I highly recommend them! L'Occitane products can be found at stores nationally and David Jones.

Negative Space Nails
Hey guys! Today I have some super easy and cute negative space nails. I used 1 coat of Biosculpture Gel #167 with tape covering the cuticle area, followed by 1 coat of G&G. I love this look, it looks so gorgeous on long nails, but also works well on short nails to make them look longer.

Hi guys! Today is the very last AW post. The theme is Farewell and I decided to do tear drop nails. I'm not entirely happy with these nails so i'm just going to make the excuse that i'm sad because it's the last AW post! Wahhhh. I'll miss doing themed nail art posts but for now will be taking a break! Sometimes life has to take control. So here's my nails. The polishes used were 1 coat of OPI - Alpine Snow, ELES - Dip In the Sea and Not A Cloud as well as Barry M Nail Art Pen in Black for the outline and China Glaze - Fairy Dust over the top, followed by 1 coat of G&G.

Estee Lauder - Pure Color Envy Lipstick
Hey everyone! Today I have a new Pure Colour Envy Sculpting lipstick by Estee Lauder to show you. The shade of the lipstick is called 250 Red Ego; a gorgeous deep crimson red creme. I absolutely love the packaging on this line, it is a super sleek navy body with a magnetic lid. It's very simple and minimal but screams luxe. This lipstick is super creamy and highly pigmented, as well as being intensely moisturising like a lip balm. I'm officially converted and need to start collecting them all. Pure Colour Envy lipsticks retail for $50 and is available from estee lauder's website here.

OPI - Muppets Most Wanted Collection
Hi guys! Today I have 3 colours from the newest OPI - Muppets Most Wanted collection to show you. The collection consists of 8 soft shades, glitters, duochromes and sheer irridescents. Today I am showing you Gaining Mole-Mentum, Int'l Crime Caper and Kermit Me To Speak. Here's a look at the collection and swatches afterwards!
Gaining Mole-Mentum - A very pretty pale pink and gold shatter glitter topper. This is 1 coat and applied effortlessly (no fishing for glitter required!).
Int'l Crime Caper - A sheer white opalescent colour with red and blue hidden in it. This is quite sheer even after 2 coats but would look gorgeous over a black colour. Perfect formula.
Kermit Me To Speak - A really interesting duochrome polish of olive, and purple but when on the nails it's a really gorgeous purple with subtle green accents. This looks really pretty IRL! 2 coats applied here and the formula was perfect as always.
Which colour have you picked up from the latest collection? My favourite is definitely the glitter top coat! Thanks for reading.
