Hello all! Today I have Benefit's - Brows A Go Go* to show you! It is a a brow and eye shaping kit which comes with 2 brow fill-in shadows, 1 brown wax tamer, 1 mini brush with two different brush ends, 1 black eyeliner, 2 eyeshadows for highlighting and 1 pair of mini tweezers and a nice big mirror on the flap top. It is super easy to use and helps that it gives you a step by step how-to booklet. I love the compact box, great to take anywhere!

Before
After
I like using this product. The wax is a really cool new product that i've never used before! I would of preferred darker brow colours as I feel like it makes them a shade lighter. All in all I really think I will be using this product every morning for my brows! Thanks for reading have a great day!

Fireworks Nails!

Enter my current $50AUD gift voucher giveaway here!

Hi loves! Today I have a striping tape design to show you. First off I started by applying a thin coat of PVA glue as my base coat as I used a very dense glitter (and PVA is by far the best removal method!) I used 2 thick coats of Ozotic 213 (reviewed here) it's such a lovely glitter that is very sparkly in the sunlight. I applied 1 coat of Wicked Fast to get it to try quickly so I could lay down some striping tape onto my nails. I was really making up the design as I went along and I ended up having a design that reminded me of fireworks. I used 1 thick coat of Essie - Lights which is a purple-pink creme and finished it all off with Wicked Fast.

I'm pretty annoyed at myself because I broke the nail on my pinky and it is so short now! Ah well these things happen! anyway, Thanks for reading everyone! See you all soon!

Enter my current $50AUD gift voucher giveaway here!

Hihihi!! Today I have a gorgeous combo to show you! I absolutely love CG - Flip Flop Fantasy and have shown it to you here and here. Today I decided to pair it with Orly's - Spazmatic which is a really nice blue hex glitter solution with micro blue shimmer in a clear base. I used 2 coats of FFF and 1 coat of dabbed on Spazmatic* followed by 1 coat of Wicked Fast. The contrast between the neon cantaloupe of Flip Flop Fantasy and Spazmatic glitters is seriously eye catching and very appealing. Even my boyfriend liked it!!

How gorge is this combo!! Ahhh I love it when opposites make such great matches :) Thanks for reading loves!

Barry M - Textured Polishes 2013 Collection

Enter my current $50AUD gift voucher giveaway here!

Hello everyone!! Today I have a textured colour from Barry M's new collection to show you called Station Road. In the bottle it is a beautiful bright yellow with gorgeous yellow glitter in it. When it is applied onto the nail it dries into a very textured almost sand-like finish. It's all about textures this year! I saw beautiful swatches over at One Nail To Rule Them All and immediately had to buy all four colours but when I applied it and waited for it to dry (which mind you took at least an hour!) I wasn't very wowed by it. It just didn't look that great. I'm not hesitant to try the other 3 colours :-( I used 3 coats here and no top coat.

Close up it looks a bit like grated cheese or creamed corn. . . lol. Have you made a recent purchase you regret? Thanks for reading!!

Yellow Paisley Stamped Nails

Enter my current $50AUD gift voucher giveaway here!

Hello everyone! I've been inspired to work on perfecting my stamping lately and found an old stamping plate I had with a paisley print on it. (I'm very sorry but I can't remember which plate or number it is at the moment, I will check when I get home) I painted my nails with 2 coats of Ciate - Big Yellow Taxi (reviewed here) and then applied 1 coat of Wicked Fast. Once it was touch dry I stamped on the paisley print using my black polish I received from born pretty store. Then I finished it off with 1 more coat of Wicked Fast, trying to avoid any smudging (but not all grrr). Even though I wasn't very consistent with the thickness of my stamps or because my nail plate was too large for the design, I still think I did a really good job and I've received so many compliments.

My goal one day is to be as good as Natalie from heartNAT..her stamping is flawless! Thanks for stopping by! Have a nice day.

MAC - Party Parrot Lipstick Review

Enter my current $50AUD gift voucher giveaway here!

Hellloooo! Today i'm very excited to share with you a colour from a new collection by MAC called Strength. I don't find myself eagerly wanting new lipsticks every time a new collection comes out, but this one caught my eye and I knew I had to have it! Party Parrot is such an amazing bright cantaloupe melon semi-matte lipstick. The girl at the MAC counter said it was full matte, but I don't think it is as it feels so smooth and not dry at all on my lips. It is so gorgeous and easy to apply. I really like colours that compliment my skin tone and because I am quite tanned I can easily pull off bright, almost neon-like colours during day or night. I've worn this during the day out to the city and it lasts okay. . because it is quite creamy it comes off a bit too fast.. especially when I kiss my boyfriend. . . he always quickly wipes his mouth to get any transferred lipstick off :-P Nonetheless, a purchase well deserved and I can see this being a regular in my winter make-up routine. Bright colours in winter. . .yes please!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this post!

Born Pretty Store Review - Stamping Plate & Polish!

Enter my current $50AUD gift voucher giveaway here!

Hey everyone! Today I have some items from born pretty store to show you. I was asked to choose two items from their website so I chose a plain black stamping polish* and a stamping plate* with Winnie the Pooh on it!! If you don't already know by now, I LOVE anything to do with Winnie the Pooh, but especially TIGGER!..anyways I decided to spruce up my previous plain mani (OPI - A Woman's Prague-Ative, see post here) with some stamping over the top! My stamping is a little rusty so forgive me!! I found using the black polish was very easy to transfer images onto the nail. Usually I struggle to even pick up polish on my stamp so having a very clear and accurate transfer was a great relief! I used various stencils to cover each finger. The stamping plate was really good and very easy to use as well making nail art very easy and very achievable! The exact plate I received is this one here and the exact black polish I used can be found here It's so cute and has heaps of different Winnie the Pooh designs on it. .it made me smile all day wearing it!

Isn't he so adorable? What a cutie! Sorry the lines on my pinky aren't all straight. . I got a bit wonky when stamping haha. I really enjoyed using this stamping plate and have already used the black stamping polish for another mani which I will show you soon! Thanks for reading and have a nice day :)

Contrast French Tips Using OPI & Zoya

Hello again!! Today's look features *OPI - Eurso Euro (shown here) and Zoya - Phoebe (shown here). I decided to do contrasting french tips and I love the end results! I painted my nails with Zoya - Phoebe and waited for it to completely dry then I used some striping tape to outline the shape of my tips and painted it with *OPI - Eurso Euro. I finished it off by adding Wicked Fast to the tips only.

This look only lasted a few days. . . I had a bit of chipping on the tips quite quickly but I really liked the look while it lasted! What do you think of this? I love using striping tape for crisp, neat lines! Thanks for reading and see you all soon!!

Zoya - Phoebe

Hello! Today's post is Zoya - Phoebe a gorgeous shimmering sky blue polish that dries matte. It is a little tough to work with so you have to move fast when applying it otherwise you will have bald spots. I did 3 thin coats in the photos, with no top coat.

This colour is so gorgeous! So vibrant and makes me happy! Do you own this colour?? Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

OPI - Eurso Euro

Hi guys! I have another colour from the new Euro Centrale collection by OPI called *Eurso Euro and it is a very pigmented ink blue colour. I adore this colour. I love the intensity of it and it's so opaque!  For this photo i only used 1 coat! ..followed by 1 coat of Wicked Fast. I had a bit of shrinkage on this mani, especially around the cuticle area which i've never experienced before but I'll try a different topcoat next time and see if anything changes.

This colour has got to be one of my top picks of the new collection, what is yours?? Thanks for reading and have a nice weekend!

OPI - Glints Of Glinda

Hihihihi!! Today I have a colour I've been loving from the new OPI - Oz: The Great and Powerful collection! This one is called *Glints of Glinda and is a very sheer warm peachy-nude colour. I used 3 thin coats in the photos and you can still see VNL. I topped it off with 1 coat of Wicked Fast. Nonetheless, it made my nails look feminine, clean and well groomed. Also I have some exciting news! I have started studying to become a nail technician! YES! I can share my journey with you and hopefully have some great tips and tricks available to help you get the best out of nails/nail care/nail polish. Sportsgirl Nail Polish - Ruby Slipper

Hi guys!! I walked into Sportsgirl accessory store the other day and they had heaps of awesome new glitters on display! I limited myself to one only and chose this amazing colour called Ruby Slipper which is a mix of pink, red small circle glitters, larger holographic hex glitters and even larger holographic shards! Yum. The base colour is an unnamed Japanese brand that my partners mum bought for me when she was there. It is a really love medium blue with green shimmer undertones. I used 2 coats of the japanese blue and 1 generous coat of Ruby Slipper. This will be my last post for a while as I don't have internet at my new place yet :( Thanks for reading!! :)
