ModelCo Autumn Racing Makeup

Hi guys! Today I have a few products by ModelCo to show you. These products would be perfect for those upcoming Autumn Racing events! I had never tried ModelCo nail polish or lipstick prior to these products and I'm seriously impressed. The quality is impeccable and the colours are right on trend! ModelCo can be purchased from Priceline, Woolworths, Target, selected pharmacies nationally and online at www.modelcocosmetics.com.

First up i'll show you the Fibre Lash Brush On False Lashes (RRP $35.00) which is a instant false lash mascara kit to take your eyelashes from subtle to dramatic in minutes. The process takes a bit of time. First you need to apply the regular mascara all over your lashes (including lower lashes) and then apply the lash fibres onto your eyelashes afterwards, ensuring you look down to avoid getting any fibres in your eyes - which I must say, doesn't hurt, but is slightly uncomfortable, like having fluff in your eyes. Then wait about 30 seconds after applying the lash fibres, then apply 1 final coat of the regular mascara again. It seriously lenghtened my eyelashes so much and definitely made them look more volumised and dramatic. I loved the end result but one thing I did find was that my eyelashes were super sticky and would clump together into big sections. It did feel heavy on the eyes after a while, but this is perfect for a big night out or a special event!

Before - no product on lashes
1 coat of Mascara
1 coat of Lash Fibres applied over Mascara
Final coat of mascara over Lash Fibres and initial coat of Mascara
You can really see a dramatic difference from the first coat of mascara to the end result! Amazing!

Now i'll be showing you the nail polish in the shade Wine & Dine; a gorgeous mulled wine red creme and the lipstick; Party Proof Matte Lipstick in the shade that matches perfectly to the nails; Smitten (a slightly lighter dark red creme) (both retail for $14.95 and $16.95, respectively). The nail polish is of such good quality and applied effortlessly and the lipstick is so long lasting and very pigmented in colour. I applied 1 coat for both products.

For a Matte lipstick it is SUPER creamy!

What's your favourite product by ModelCo? I can't wait to try more of their products! Thanks for reading and have a nice day!

Green People - Clarifying Shampoo, Conditioner & Vitamin Shower Gel

Hi guys! I have a quick post today about a new organic brand called Green People. Today I am reviewing their Clarifying Shampoo and Conditioner (RRP $19.95) and their Vitamin Shower Gel (RRP $19.95). Not only do their products contain ingredients that are over 80% organic, they work seriously well at cleansing the hair gently but effectively. I've really enjoyed using the shampoo and conditioner and have noticed how light-weight, shiny and bouncy my hair is. The shampoo and conditioner are concentrated so you don't need much to clean your whole head and it cleans it very easily and is super gentle, suitable for all hair types - as it doesn't contain any SLS. The bodywash works well at cleaning the body and leaves you with a nice, subtle scent. All three products have a slight lemon citrus smell to it, but it is really pleasant. If you're after a predominately organic product to use on your hair and body, then this range is perfect for you! Available online at www.helioshealth.com.au.

Colour Theory - Orchid Glamour Collection

Hey guys! Today I have 2 new lipsticks and 1 nail polish from Colour Theory's latest collection called Orchid Glamour to show you. I loved trying the previous colours in this blog post here, so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed with these new products! Colour theory products can be found at Amcal and Guardian Chemists nationally.

The nail polish; named Miami Housewife is a really pretty dark magenta creme that dries slightly lighter on the nails. I used 2 coats in pictures with no topcoat. Colour Theory nail polishes retail for $4 each.

The 2 lipsticks Violetta; a purple based pink and Baarbie Girl; a blue toned light pink are both super creamy and opaque. Although Baarbie Girl didn't suit my complexion, it applied effortlessly, and Violetta isn't a colour I can wear everyday but I can't wait to wear it out one night for a rock-chick look! The lipsticks retail for $6 each.

Revlon Colour Burst Lacquer Balms

Hey lovelies! I hope you're all having a great week. Today I have swatches and a review of 3/10 of the new Revlon Colour Burst Lacquer Balms. I actually got mine sent to me over a month ago from my friend in the U.S and they weren't available in Australia at the time but now they are!! (Chemist Warehouse available for $14.99, link here). I already adore the previous Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balms so knew I would love these. I originally saw my favourite YT, Nicole Guerriero review these on her channel and knew I wanted them too! The colours I have are; Tease; A copper toned orange creme, Whimsical; A berry toned purple but it is super flattering and not gothic/emo at all and Provocateur; a raspberry red creme which looks great with all skin tones. The formula and consistency on these 3 are so good, creamy, opaque and very easy to apply. I love all of these and love the mint scent too! Onto the pictures. I also love the metallic packaging and that the barrel is the colour of the product.

My Current Skincare Routine (Bioderma)

Hey everyone! For the past month now I have been trying out some new skincare products from Bioderma and have been loving the results so wanted to share with you all what I've been using! Bioderma is now available in Australia at Priceline, Terry White Chemists and selected pharmacies nationally.

Crealine H2O (RRP $ 29.95) - If you haven't heard of this product, then you have been missing out! It is a super effective, mild and gentle make-up remover and face cleanser. It is a micellar solution, meaning it does not need to be rinsed off with water. Did you know 1 bottle of Crealine H2O is sold every 5 seconds worldwide? I can see why! This is - the lazy girls holy grail product for removing make up and cleansing the whole face/decolletage! I use this product at night when I am too tired to wash my face with water. It definitely removes make up easily and keeps skin feeling hydrated and clean.

Sebium Purifying Cleansing Foaming Gel (RRP $24.95) - This foaming gel - bright blue in colour, is a general cleansing gel. It does the job well, it leaves the skin clean without drying it out. For me, this product isn't outstanding. It comes with the fact that i just prefer cleansers with exfoliating beads in it, but that's just me (and a whole lot of other people too I guess!). Nonetheless, I have been using it in my routine and will continue to use it as I have noticed how great my skin looks when using all these products in conjunction with one another.

Sebium Purifying Exfoliating Gel (RRP $24.95) - This scrub is amazing. I loved it from the first time I tried it, and am still loving it now. It has really gentle microbeads in it to smooth the skin's texture. It makes my skin incredibly soft and has really helped diminish the appearance of my discolouration from blemishes. The key ingredients are salicylic acid and glycolic acid which help to unclog pores and reduce sebum production.

Sebium AKN (RRP $24.95) - AKN (short for acne) is a smoothing and purifying cream formulated for skin prone to blemishes/acne and aids in the elimination of these issues and also blackheads. It contains exfoliating properties (AHA esters and zinc gluconate) that gently remove dead skin cells and Enoxolone; which instantly soothes and calms skin. If you know what esters smell like (think year 12 chemistry), then you will recognise the scent. I use this product as an all-round blemish reducing cream before my final moisturiser.

Sebium Pore Refiner (RRP $30.95) - This new product is a daily anti-shine fluid and smoothing cream. In other words, this product feels exactly like a primer - it makes your skin incredibly smooth and soft and dries to a matte finish. It does not dry out skin but gives it a really nice smooth finish. I've noticed how much better my concealer looks and stays when using this product.

The effect my skin has had in conjunction with using all these product has been wonderful. I haven't seen my skin this controlled and clean before and blemishes are appearing less often, and when an occasional one does surface, it is very mild and dissapears a day later. I have been very impressed by Bioderma's range and would recommend it to anyone, no matter what skin type you are. If the French love it, it must be good (those Parisiennes are onto something!). Let me know if you try any of these products!

Lei Candles

Hey guys! Today I have an Australian candle brand to share with you called Lei. This company is close to home - being hand poured on the Gold Coast! Lei is an organic soy candle company that is environmentally friendly. I had the chance to review the candle in the scent watermelon (mmmm!) which I was really excited about because I haven't come across a watermelon scent candle before!
I love the simplistic, elegant packaging on the glass jar - and love that i'll be able to reuse it after as well! Not to mention it smells so good! Lei candles retail for $30.00 and can be purchased online at www.leisoycandles.com

Gabrielle Salvete Liquid Sand - Clementina

Hi guys!! Today I have a nail polish to show you by Gabrielle Salvete in the shade Clementina. I bought this gorgeous light peachy orange with golden green glitter when I was in Prague and loved the look of it! Such a unique liquid sand. I used 2 coats here with no coat. Surprisingly, this was the easiest liquid sand i've ever tried removing! Yay!
