Pretty and Polished - Mardi Party

Hello again! Today I have another Pretty & Polished colour to show you. This one is called Mardi Party and is a plethora of rainbow glitter shards. It is quite hard to apply as it is very runny and makes the glitter fall off the brush very quickly. In this photo I layered it over 2 coats of Ciate - Big Yellow Taxi, a gorgeous yellow creme. I love this vibrant, eclectic mix. I finished it off with 1 coat of wicked fast.

This glitter is so playful and fun I love it! What do you think? Have a great day!!

Pretty and Polished - Party On My Yacht

Hi loves! Today I am showing you one of my first Indie brand purchases by Pretty and Polished called Party On My Yacht. POMY is a white base filled with purple, yellow and green small glitters. It applies very easily and is a very simply jelly sandwich in a bottle. I absolutely love this combination and wish I jumped on the Indie band wagon earlier. I used 2 coats for these swatches followed by 1 coat of wicked fast.

This is gorgeous and I loved wearing this colour! I have another Pretty & Polished colour to show you very soon! Thanks for reading and have a good day!!

L'oreal Nude Magique BB Cream

Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of posts. . . working in retail over Christmas is mayhem. Not only on my tired feet, but also on my nails..eek! Today I went a little crazy at Myer and bought a couple of new make up and nail goodies. First up I will show you this amazing new BB cream by L'oreal. It is originally priced at $26.95 but Myer has 40% off of L'oreal at the moment so it came down to only $16.17. The bottle says it mimics the texture and glow of perfect bare skin with the added bonus of an SPF12. I'm in love with this little bottle of heaven. BB creams are definitely the new craze! I only used  a small pea sized amount and my hand looks flawless right now as I type this. It has a nice sunscreen scent which I like. The formula on it is a white base with tiny dark specks running through it. It is a little gritty when you rub it in, but that is when the magic happens and it transforms into your perfect skin colour, without any gritty, greasy feeling.

I only bought this a few hours ago and am loving it a lot! Do you have a favourite BB cream? I think this is my new favourite one now! Thanks for reading and have a great day.

OPI - Euro Centrale Collection

Hi guys! Sorry for my absence. . I am working LOTS and my cuticles are getting battered :-( So this is a fore warning that my cuticles are pretty bad at the moment so i'm sorry! Today I have 4 colours from the OPI - Euro Centrale collection for you to see. They are; My Vampire is buff, OY-Another Polish Joke, Suzi's Hungary AGAIN! and You're Such A Budapest

L-R Top Row: A Woman’s Prague-ative, Can’t Find My Czechbook, Hands Off My Kielbasa!, I Saw…U Saw…We Saw…Warsaw, OPI…Eurso Euro, Polka.com, Bottom Row: My Paprika is Hotter than Yours, My Vampire is Buff, Vant to Bite My Neck?, You’re Such a BudaPest, OY–Another Polish Joke!, Suzi’s Hungary AGAIN!
My Vampire is Buff*; is an off-white creme with slight orange undertones. I used 2 coats in these photos and no top coat. If you own Lime Crime - Milky Ways, it is very similar! Lovely colour though and a breeze to apply.

OY-Another Polish Joke*; is a very pretty gold fleck polish. It is quite sheer and I needed to use 3 coats in the photos but didn't use a top coat. This colour reminds me of a thicker, more denser gold leaf top coat and is super gorgeous! Perfect colour for Xmas!

Suzi's Hungary AGAIN!*; is a perfect warm pinky coral. It is actually a bit sheer and I needed 2 coats for full opacity. I didn't use a top coat here.

And lastly is You're Such A Budapest*; a periwinkle purple creme which was also the same consistency as Suzi's Hungary AGAIN! and needed 2 coats also. It is a gorgeous colour and is more purple toned than the photos show and it actually has very very subtle shimmer in it.. This reminds me of OPI - Rumple's Wiggin' but slightly a darker purple colour.

I'm really impressed with these colours. They are really pretty and I like them all a lot! What do you think of these picks? Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Orly - Hope & Freedom Collection

Hey guys! Today I have a preview and some swatches from Orly's newest collection called Hope & Freedom. Here are the colours that are in this collection

L-R: Boho Bonnet, Elation Generation, Melodious Utopia, Peaceful Opposition, High On Hope, Coachella Dweller

Today I am showing you Boho Bonnet* and Elation Generation*

Boho Bonnet* is a soft grey-blue creme. It is a really gorgeous palette cleanser and is indeed soft and very feminine. I used 2 coats in these swatches with no top coat. Formula was a little bit watery and sheer so 2 or more coats is required.

Elation Generation* is an amazing bright pink glitter. The glitters are holographic so gives mega sparkle and it dries to a semi-matte finish, which I adore! I used 2 thin coats here and no top coat. The formula on this one was great, very easy to apply and the glitters come out very evenly on the nails.

I was surprised by how much I loved these colours as the whole collection didn't really appeal that much to me, but i'm so glad I got to try these two gems. I'd love to see a swatch of Peaceful Opposition soon! Do you own any colours from this collection? Thanks for reading!
