Kester Black Nail Polish Review

Enter my international giveaway to win 1 of 4 nail polish bundle packs!

Hello everyone! I hope you've all switched over to bloglovin' or feedly to keep up to date with all the blogs you follow!? Today I have some polishes by Kester Black to show you and i'm really excited! Kester Black is the brain child of Anna Ross, a New Zealand designer. She creates one of a kind jewellery and has also created nail polish collections! She is seriously talented and makes such gorgeous looking jewellery and amazing coloured polishes! Check out the website here

Kester Black nail polishes (RRP $17) are all hand mixed so there is no wastage or colour 'chucked out'. All the packaging is also recycled and their bubble wrap is biodegradable, reusable and recyclable. Kester Black is 1 of 2 brands in Australia which have been CCF (choose cruelty free) accredited. It is also 5 free which means there's no carcinogens! Anna has also created a nail art guide book with Chelsea Bagan (trophywifenailart) with really awesome tutorials on how to do certain looks! You can view photos and buy the book here. The book also comes with a dotting tool (not shown).

Today I have 7* nail polishes to show you. 6 of these polishes are from the Sweet Shop collection and the remaining 1 is from the Winter Garden collection. The formula on these polishes are really good. They paint on easily and the consistency is perfect. All swatches are shown with 2 coats and no top coat. Here's a look at them all!

Bubblegum* - a really lovely minty pastel creme.

Buttercream* - an orange toned nude creme.

Forget Me Not* - A gorgeous bright periwinkle creme.

Paradise Punch* - A super bright neon red/orange creme which dries to a satin finish

Peach Melba* - A really lovely peach pastel creme - My favourite colour!

Periwinkle* - A very dark blue-black creme. Surprised this one is called periwinkle though!?

Milky Ways* over Periwinkle - A super dense clear suspended polish with tons of holographic glitters in it. It is SO SPARKLY!

Matte Top Coat* - Here is 1 coat applied over the above colour combination. It dulled the holoness but gave the look an awesome and edgy feel of matte white/silver glitters.

So what do you think of these colours? Make sure to check out the website! You will definitely find something you want!! Thanks for reading and have a great day!
