China Glaze - Strawberry Fields

Hi all! I had such a lovely day today! I relaxed and did a bit of shopping (no new nail polish purchases though.. except for a fast dry top coat for $3.95!) but I thought I'd pull out an oldie! Today I have China Glaze's Strawberry fields which is a really nice strawberry sheer pink with a delicate gold shimmer that is truly reminiscent of a strawberry in the sunlight! So much depth in colour :) I feel like strawberries now . . mmm!

Anyhoo..I applied 2 coats over Orly's bonder followed by Sally Hansen maximum growth fast try top coat (which is surprisingly good considering it was in the clearance bin and all the other polishes surrounding it looked really gunky and old lol)

Here's a couple of pics :-)

Oohh..Ahh! So pretty :) I love a good pink shimmer!

Just want to say a quick thank you to everybody who entered my 200 follower giveaway! Sorry you were unlucky but I LOVE having giveaways, it is really rewarding and I love how thankful everybody is, but I want to know what you guys think! Is having a giveaway every 50 followers a bit too frequent or should I have one every milestone? (500, 1000!?) I'd love to know what your thoughts are!

Thanks everybody for reading! :)

  1. Love the polish! Didn't expect it to be so shimmery!

Giveaways every time you get 50 new followers might work out a bit expensive. It's really up to you. I'm sure everyone will be happy with what you decide yourself :)

  2. Yeah, I agree with the above commenter. :) I was doing giveaways every 100 followers, but it got to the point where I would have 3 going at a time. Now, I just do them every month. Just do whatever you are comfortable with...and if it ends up being too much or too little, just change it! lol. :)

Oh, and I love this polish!! Very pretty!
